At A Piece Of Cake we only use high quality ingredients including free range eggs, quality butter,
chocolate and organic fruit. All our cakes are freshly baked to order and we have developed a range of
flavours to tempt your tastebuds, which include:

Luscious lemon layered with a lightly flavoured lemon buttercream and tangy lemon curd

Chocolate orange fudge cake filled with chocolate orange buttercream

Latte cake paired with latte buttercream
Red velvet cake paired with white chocolate buttercream

Biscoff cake layered with Biscoff spread, buttercream and crushed biscuits

We recommend that all our wedding cakes should be filled with your choice of filling and then covered with
ganache before covering with fondant. Covering with ganache can be necessary in hot weather and also
ganached cakes provide a smoother base. Alternatively, cakes can be covered with buttercream prior to being covered with fondant.
*All our standard cakes contain butter, gluten and eggs and are suitable for vegetarian, halal and kosher diets. We can provide cakes that are eggless, vegan and free from dairy, gluten, nuts and soya upon request. However, please note that as our cakes are made in an environment that regularly handles the above allergens, we cannot guarantee there will be no cross contamination. Please contact us for advice.
